Injury Rehabilitation

A proper and adequate rehabilitation program can reverse many disabling conditions or can help patients cope with deficits that cannot be reversed by medical care. Rehabilitation addresses the patient's physical, psychological, and environmental needs. It is achieved by restoring the patient's physical functions and/or modifying the patient's physical and social environment.

Each rehabilitation program is tailored to individual needs and can include one or more types of therapy. The patient's physician usually coordinates the efforts of the rehabilitation team, which can include aquatic or strength training therapy. Area of rehabilitation can be pre/post shoulder, back, hip, knees or ankle surgery, debilitation diseases like MS, Parkinsons, ALS and more. Either aquatic or strength training therapy will help heal your life in ways you never thought of.

Aquafit

In addition to the standard benefits of any exercise, the use of water in Aqua Fitness supports the body and reduces the risk of muscles or joint injury. The mitigation of gravity by flotation places less stress on the joints when stretching, and can allow a greater range of motion. The mitigation of gravity makes Aqua Fitness safe for individuals able to keep their heads out of water, including the elderly. These classes are suited for all ages and any challenges that you may have. Exercise in water can also prevent overheating through continuous cooling of the body. These classes last for 60 minutes. Another benefit is that you do not even have to be a strong swimmer to participate in Aqua Fitness.

Group Fitness & Training

Group fitness is a great way to get started. You will never feel alone when your in one of many classes; Ultimate Fit Fighting Boot camp, Body Sculpt, Mind Body Soul and Nordic Walking. Each class offers some thing you want. All classes are 60 minutes long. Personal training is a great way to have a program designed out just for your needs. All personal training sessions are 60 minutes sessions with an assessment before and after your sessions start and finish.

Team training will work on building endurance, strengthening, flexibility and help decrease injuries in your team. Team training times can be designed for the needs of the team and can be flexible.
Whether you choose a group fitness class, personal training or team training. All programs can be tailored to meet your fitness goals.
